Johnny checked his phone on his late afternoon coffee break, and found a message from Ryan sent an hour or so ago that nearly made him fall off his chair in surprise:

If I bring the lab coat, will you be the doctor?

He re-read it a couple of times; wanting to be sure he’d got it right before replying:

Sure, we can do that. What sort of examination will you require? He decided to be cautious. He didn’t want to jump to the wrong conclusion and freak Ryan out again. The poor guy had gone as stiff as a board when Johnny had tried to lick his arse yesterday.

But Ryan’s reply came back immediately as though he’d been waiting for Johnny to answer. And the message was gloriously unambiguous:

A prostate examination.

Johnny stared at the words, a flush prickling his skin as he imagined Ryan letting him do that. The idea of getting his fingers inside Ryan was insanely hot, and Johnny wasn’t even entirely sure why he wanted it so much. He’d always been more of a bottom than a top. Topping was okay, but it wasn’t Johnny’s favourite. Bottoming took him to places that topping couldn’t. Coming when he had a cock in his arse was infinitely more intense and amazing than the alternative, so right from the first time he tried it—okay the second time, because the first time he hadn’t used enough lube and that hadn’t been great—Johnny had always preferred to bottom, and was very happy hooking up with guys who were 100 percent tops. Yet the idea of introducing Ryan to his prostate was incredibly appealing. He wondered whether Ryan would ever want to try being fucked. Johnny hoped he might; it would be awesome to be the first to do that for him.

Shaking himself out of his daydreams, Johnny quickly typed: I can definitely take care of that.

Johnny grinned. Ryan was in role already? If that’s how they were going to play it, Johnny could give as good as he got.
